Onde economizar e onde não economizar
Tempos mais difíceis exigem medidas mais duras, mas cuidado para não matar seu negócio economizando onde não é adequado.
Duas listas básicas para refletir.
1 – Onde economizar
a – No seu pró-labore
Não adianta falir seu consultório para manter seu padrão de vida pessoal. É um tiro no pé. Se o seu consultório fechar você terá que arrumar outro trabalho. Você quer e está apto a trabalhar como empregado? Diminuir estrategicamente o seu padrão de vida pode salvar o seu negócio.
b – Nos setores acessórios ao atendimento
Já pensou em trocar a assinatura da TV a cabo (que a sua secretária usa para passar novela e sessão da tarde na sala de espera) por uma assinatura do Netflix. Deixar algum show ao vivo ou um bom documentário passando na TV é muito mais barato e mais chique.
Que tal desligar as luzes e os aparelhos de ar condicionado das salas que não estão sendo usadas. Uma boa economia em eletricidade com finalidade ecológica.
O mesmo vale para a esterilização. É mais econômico e produtivo processar os instrumentos em grandes lotes. Um bom planejamento permite que se perca menos tempo e se economize no uso de eletricidade nos aparelhos de ultrassom e autoclave.
c – Não despedice material deixando produtos vencerem por falta de organização.
d – Pague as contas no vencimento para evitar multas e juros.
e – Veja se as tarifas bancárias estão otimizadas no seu plano de conta-corrente.
f – Não faça dívidas. Caso as tenha, renegocie o mais rápido possível para taxas mais baixas e as pague rapidamente. Evite os juros.
E assim vai. Use a criatividade para cortar custos que agregam pouco ao serviço que você presta.
g – Em tempo e muito importante. Funcionários ociosos ou que não desempenham suas atividades adequadamente devem ser dispensados rapidamente. É um custo altíssimo manter empregado que não acrescenta valor ao seu consultório. Sem falar nos custos trabalhistas que só vão aumentando.
2 – Onde não economizar
Não corte gasto em nada que piore a qualidade dos serviços que você presta. Se
você oferecer atendimento de pior qualidade vai perder bons pacientes e vai encontrar pacientes dispostos a pagar menos por serviços inferiores. O pior dos mundos!
a – Não deixe de pagar nem atrase os salários de seus funcionários. O mesmo vale para os encargos trabalhistas.
Bonificações podem ser negociadas. Crise atinge a todos.
b – Não compre materiais dentários piores. Cruz credo, passar horas refazendo trabalhos.
c – Não contrate os serviços de um técnico de prótese pior, por nada nesse mundo.
d – Não economize nas estratégias de divulgação. Pelo contrário, gaste mais nessa área.
e – Não ecomize com ligações telefônicas, sms, e-mail, site. Renegocie o valor dos planos, mas não diminua a comunicação com seus pacientes. Invista aí.
f – Não economize em simpatia, atenção, disponibilidade, interesse, capricho. Não entre na onda do já que está ruim então que exploda. Tenha uma atitude pró-ativa. Faça parte do time dos que andam para frente.
São apenas algumas dicas. Veja o que se aplica ao seu caso e use. A ideia principal é diminuir seu padrão de vida e tomar medidas para salvar seu consultório, preparando-o para a nova época de crescimento que virá no futuro.
