Partindo-se da premissa de que investimentos são importantes, e são de fato, haverá necessidade de priorizar as áreas em que esses investimentos serão feitos. Funciona como em uma empresa ou no governo. Os recursos devem ser alocados onde espera-se que trarão mais benefícios.
É certo que a alocação dependerá da condição em que o cirurgião-dentista exerce a profissão. Para uma clínica talvez seja a compra de equipamentos que diminuam os gastos com terceirização de serviços. Para um consultório talvez seja o investimento em um melhor sistema de gestão. Para um profissional com vínculo empregatício talvez seja um novo curso de especialização. São muitas as possibilidades, mas como priorizar ao investir em Odontologia?
Acredito que uma visão contemporânea de negócio em Odontologia contemple o financeiro (lucro, honorário, remuneração, salário) e o valor oferecido em contrapartida (prestação de serviço de excelência). Então, aí vão minhas regras básicas ao priorizar investimentos em novos materiais, técnicas, equipamentos, instalações, sistemas de gerenciamento ou aperfeiçoamento técnico/científico.
1 – Poderei oferecer uma Odontologia mais integral?
2 – Poderei produzir de forma mais fácil?
3 – Poderei entregar os serviços mais rapidamente?
4 – Poderei realizar um trabalho de melhor qualidade?
